Built in from the start
Our target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Pages are marked up with real headings in order, a link at the very top that jumps past the menu, and separate regions for the header, menu, main text and footer, so a screen reader can move around without hunting. You can work every menu and the inspection form with the keyboard alone, and the item in focus is outlined. Text and background colors were picked to pass the AA contrast ratio, and pages still read when text is enlarged to 200 percent. Photos carry written descriptions, form fields carry labels, and the form has no countdown. If your device asks for reduced motion, the small animations switch off.
Gaps we know about
Some photos show things that are hard to put into words, like how far a block wall has bowed or how a crack steps through mortar joints. The descriptions cover what the page needs, but if one is not enough, call and we will talk you through it. Price tables are simple, but on a narrow phone screen they may need sideways scrolling.

You never need this website to get help. Anything you can do here, from asking a question to booking an inspection, can be done by phone at (270) 495-0544, any hour of any day.
