Referral marketing disclosure
Who runs this website, who does the foundation work, and how money changes hands between them.

How the website works
Bowling Green Foundation Works is a marketing and booking website for foundation, crawl space and basement repair in Bowling Green, Warren County and the surrounding south-central Kentucky towns. When you call or send the inspection form, the request reaches us first. An automated assistant answers the phone at any hour and records what you tell it, then one of our people rings you back to set a time. The inspection and the repairs are carried out by independent, insured contractors in the area that we work with, not by the people who run this website. Which contractor comes depends on the kind of work, where the house is, and whose calendar is open.
How we are paid
If a booking turns into a job, the contractor may pay us a fee for the referral or the advertising. That money moves between the contractor and us, and it is not added to your bill as a separate charge. To learn which pages and channels bring in requests, we count calls and form submissions and use a visit counter that sets no cookies. Calls can be recorded after a spoken notice. None of that measurement touches the price you are quoted.
What it means for you
Ask which company is coming and you will get its name before a date is set. The written plan the contractor gives you is the price you pay. Kentucky does not issue a statewide general contractor licence, so ask to see proof of the contractor's insurance and go through the agreement line by line before signing. Inside Bowling Green city limits, structural work should have a City permit posted on site; the Building Division advises homeowners never to let work begin without one. You are always free to get a second opinion, and we will not try to talk you out of it. Want the contractor's direct number, or want to know if a referral fee is part of your job? Call (270) 495-0544.
