Terms and conditions
The ground rules for using this website and booking a foundation, crawl space or basement inspection through it.
Dated October 2026. These terms sit alongside the written agreement you sign with the contractor; where the two differ, the signed agreement governs the work itself.
What you can count on
- A written repair plan with a price on it before anyone excavates, drills or installs anything. Nothing is binding until you sign it.
- The price on that sheet holds for the period printed on it, normally 30 days, so you have time to get a second opinion.
- Work booked here is done by independent contractors with liability coverage and workers' comp in place, and the proof is yours to see before work starts.
- Where a permit is required, it is identified on the plan and pulled before the job. Inside Bowling Green, structural repairs go through the City's Building Division; elsewhere, the office where the house sits decides.
- No digging begins until a Kentucky 811 locate has been requested with the notice that state law sets.
- Any deposit is stated on the agreement in advance. The balance is due when the work is finished.
What we ask of you
- Tell us what you know about the house: its age, earlier repairs, past water problems, and any sinkhole you have noticed on the lot.
- Give the crew access to the crawl space, basement and the sides of the house they need, and keep children and pets clear of open trenches and pier pits.
- Do not treat anything on this website as instructions for structural work. Jacking a beam or digging under a footing without the right equipment can make settlement worse and can hurt people.
- Let us know about neighborhood association rules, shared driveways or property lines that affect where equipment can go.
