The information you hand us
When you fill in the inspection form, you give us your name, a phone number, the ZIP code of the house and a choice from the list of things you are noticing, such as cracked brick, a bowed basement wall or a wet crawl space. Whatever you add in the optional notes box comes with it. That is the whole list. We do not ask for a birth date, a Social Security number or payment details on this website, and you should never be asked for them here.
When you phone us, the system that picks up records the number you are calling from. Calls may also be recorded so the details of the house and the problem are written down correctly; you hear a notice about that before the conversation starts, and you can say you would rather not be recorded. To understand which pages people read, we use a cookieless visit counter. It does not build a profile of you, and this site carries no Google Analytics and no advertising trackers.
What happens to it next
We use your details for one purpose: getting your house looked at and, if you go ahead, getting the work done. That means calling you back, booking the inspection, passing your name, number and address to the insured contractor who will come out, and using the address for paperwork the job needs. Inside Bowling Green city limits that can include a permit through the City's Building Division, and before any digging it includes a Kentucky 811 locate request, which needs the street address. Outside the city it goes to the building office where the house sits, if that office requires a permit.
We never sell or rent your information, and we do not hand it to marketing lists. Job records stay on file for as long as warranty, permit and tax rules make them useful. To see the details we keep on you, have them corrected, or have your contact information erased after a job wraps up, write to the address above or call (270) 495-0544. This website is meant for adults arranging work on a home, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
